When the electric hoist remote control does not work, we can troubleshoot and solve the problem according to the following steps:
1. Check whether the battery is exhausted or the terminals are not in good contact. If the battery is exhausted, it needs to be replaced. If the electrode is not in good contact, you can use a pencil eraser to wipe the battery contact point, and then reinstall the battery.
2. Check whether the signal between the remote control and the electric hoist is blocked. If there is an obstacle, remove the obstacle and retest the remote control to see if it works.
3. Make sure that the distance between the remote control and the electric hoist does not exceed the effective range. The effective distance between the remote control and the electric hoist is usually stated in the instruction manual. If the distance is too far, you need to get closer and test again.
4. Check that the electric hoist itself is working properly. You can test that the hoist is working properly by pressing the button on it. If the electric hoist itself is faulty, it will need to be repaired or parts replaced.
5. If none of the above methods can solve the problem, you can try to re-pair the remote control and electric hoist. For specific methods, please refer to the pairing steps in the instruction manual.
